Please reach out to me with any questions prior to placing your order. I love being a part of the design process so feel free to reach out with questions regarding color choice or placement. I'm always here to answer questions and I love chatting with you all :)
Items are handmade therefore slight imperfections may occur. No two items will be exactly alike. Thread colors may be slightly adjusted to better suit your garment's color choice.
We try to use the Comfort Colors brand for our t shirts, but if they are out of stock we will substitute with a different brand.
Most designs are made on 7 inch round hoops. Please be mindful of this when choosing the placement for your design.
Sometimes clothing will arrive with a white circle around the design. This is the hoop mark and it is completely normal. It will go away as soon as the item is washed.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of all of our products! Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order after it has been placed, so please double check your size, color and placement. We do not keep inventory on hand and order clothing from our distributor as the orders come in, so changes or cancellations cannot be made.
Please Note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package is dropped off and scanned into the system, it is out of our hands. If an item gets lost in the mail or stolen, please reach out to your local post office and submit a request through them.
